Note
IMPORTANT: This is a custom algorithm. The lower two bits (Bit1 and Bit0) at address $FFBF are security bits (SEC01:SEC00).These bits must be correctly set in the Data Pattern and will be programmed to the set valueduring Program. The following describes the Data Pattern setup:Addresses $8000-$FFFF are Flash. Some locations are reserved in the Flash memory map.The following are reserved addresses: $FFB8-$FFBB $FFBC and $FFBE.These locations will be ignored during Program Read and Verify. There is no stand alone Erase command.Erase is included in the Program operation.Erase will erase the entire Flash memory map included reserved memory.During Erase factory programmed trim values at addresses $FFBC and $FFBE will besaved first and restored at the end. Program command will fail if the device is secured. If the device fails program the Factory Trim value might be corrupted. The part cannot be used unless re-trimmed. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
