Note
IMPORTANT: The following describes the buffer setup: Addresses $F000-$FFFF are FLASH. Erase command will erase entire FLASH memory map including factory trim at address $FFAE(FTRIM) and $FFAF(ICSTRIM). Program command will re-trim internal Oscillator (FEI mode) on 8Mhz bus rate and program to $FFAE(FTRIM)and $FFAF(ICSTRIM). Trimmed value can be viewed in Data Pattern at these addresses with the Read command. To secure the device use Secure command.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
