Note

IMPORTANT: The following describes the buffer setup:Addresses $E000-$FFFF are FLASH.Factory trim value can be restored by selecting the desired option under Device-Configure.If user selects to Preserve Factory Setting during Erasefactory programmed trim value at address $FFAE and $FFAF will be saved first and restored at the end.Erase will fail if the device is secured. If the device fails erase the Factory Trim value might be corrupted. The part cannot be used unless re-trimmed.The lower two bits (Bit1 and Bit0) at address $FFBF are security bits (SEC01:SEC00).They are ignored during Program and Verify and read 1:0 if unsecured during Read and Compare. To secure the device use SECURE command. This algorithm does not re-trim $FFAE(FTRIM)and $FFAF(ICSTRIM).

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
