The start address of EEPROM must match the data file (Buffer).Addresses $E0000-$E3FFF are FLASH PAGE $38.Addresses $E4000-$E7FFF are FLASH PAGE $39.Addresses $E8000-$EBFFF are FLASH PAGE $3A.Addresses $EC000-$EFFFF are FLASH PAGE $3B.Addresses $F0000-$F3FFF are FLASH PAGE $3C.Addresses $F4000-$F7FFF are FLASH PAGE $3D.Addresses $F8000-$FBFFF are FLASH PAGE $3E.Addresses $FC000-$FFFFF are FLASH PAGE $3F.There are two security bits in the FLASH PAGE $3F.These bits (SEC01 SEC00) are Bit1 and Bit0 of address $FFF0F in the buffer.These locations will be masked out during programming and these bitswill be programmed to 0′ when the device is secured.
