If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: FLASH PAGE $3F can be set under Device configure. The following describes the buffer setup: Addresses $8000-$BFFF (Paged) or $C000-$FFFF (Unpaged) is FLASH PAGE $3F. There are two security bits in the FLASH PAGE $3F. These bits (SEC01 SEC00) are Bit1 and Bit0 of address $BF0F or address $FF0F in the buffer. These locations will be masked out during programming and these bits will be programmed to ‘0’ when the device is secured. To secure the device set the Secure options or use Secure command. Device identification will fail if the device is secured. Secured and Unsecured batches of devices should not be mixed. Please set Device ->’Byte order’ to Big Endian. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
