IMPORTANT: The following describes the Data Pattern setup: Addresses [$400 – $13FF] are 4K D-Flash. Addresses [$20000 – $23FFF] are 16K P-Flash PPAGE 0Ch. Addresses [$24000 – $27FFF] are 16K P-Flash PPAGE 0Dh. Addresses [$28000 – $2BFFF] are 16K P-Flash PPAGE 0Eh. Addresses [$2C000 – $2FFFF] are 16K P-Flash PPAGE 0Fh. There are two security bits in the PPAGE 0Fh. These bits (SEC01 SEC00) are Bit1 and Bit0 of address $2FF0F in the Data Pattern.
