IMPORTANT: The following describes the Data Pattern setup: Addresses [$100000 – $101FFF] are 8K D-Flash. Addresses [$7C0000 – $7FFFFF] are 256K Flash. There are two security bits in the P-Flash Block 0. These bits (SEC01 SEC00) are Bit1 and Bit0 of address $7FFF0F in the Data Pattern. The [0x7FFF08-0x7FFF0B] reserved field should be programmed to 0xFF. The default Device Range is set to the 256KByte Flash [3E0000-3FFFFF]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if 8KByte D-Flash needs to be included. If a device is Secured then the entire device range must be set under Device > Range to unsecure the device. ‘
