IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with FLASH and EEPROM.The following describes the buffer setup:The addresses 0x0800-0x09FF are EEPROMand addresses 0x8000 to 0xFDFF are FLASH.The addresses 0xFF80 is Flash Block Protect Registers.The addresses 0xFF81-0xFF8F and 0xFFD8-0xFFD9 are reserved.The addresses 0xFFDA to 0xFFFF are user vectors.The address 0xFE1C(EENVR) is the EEPROM protect registerthe CON0 bit (bit 4) of EENVR register will permanenty enable securityonce armed and you will not be able to erase or program the part.The blank state of this bit is 1′. To enable security set bit to ‘0’.This register will be filled with 0x70 after erasing to unprotecting EEPROM.The latest version of this device has an eight bytesecurity feature from 0xFFF6 to 0xFFFD. To read a programmed device with the security feature the buffermust be filled with correct data from address 0xFFF6 to 0xFFFD. Incorrect data at these locations will preventaccess to the device. ‘
