IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with FLASH and EEPROM.The following describes the buffer setup:Address range 0x0800-0x09FF is EEPROM.Address range 0xA000-0xFDFF is FLASH.Address 0xFE1C is the location of Nonvolatile Register (EENVR).Bit 7 of the (EENVR) register is the is EEPROM Redundant Array Bit (EERA). Programming this bit will cause verify to fail;The default value of this register is 0x70.Address 0xFF80 is Flash Block Protect Register.Address range 0xFFD8-0xFFFF is the user vectors.The latest version of this device has an eight bytessecurity feature from 0xFFF6 to 0xFFFD. To read a programmed device with the security feature the bufferor Device/Configure must be filled with correct data from address 0xFFF6 to 0xFFFD. Incorrect data at these locations will preventaccess to the device.
