Note

IMPORTANT: The following describes the Data Pattern setup: The Code Flash array is mapped from [0x0-0xFFFFF] ([0x000000 – 0x1FFFFF] in the Data Pattern). The Code Flash Shadow CFM0 Sector is mapped from [0x100000h-0x101FFF] (200000h-203FFFh in the Data Pattern). The Code Flash Shadow CFM1 Sector is mapped from [0x140000h-0x141FFF] (280000h-283FFFh in the Data Pattern). The Data Flash array is mapped from [0x400000-0x407FFFh] ([0x800000-0x80BFFFh] in the Data Pattern). Erase operation will erase all code Flash sectors. The Code Flash Shadow array contains configuration information for the device. Locations [0x203DD8-0x203DDF] in the Data Pattern correspond to the censorship password for the device. These locations are factory programmed with [0xFEED_FACE] and [0xCAFE_BEEF] that unsecure the flash. Locations [0x203DE0-0x203DE4] in the Data Pattern correspond to the censorship information for the device. These locations are factory programmed with [0x55AA_55AA] that unsecure the flash. Programming a different value will secure the device and cannot be unsecured disabling further Programmer access to the device. The Program operation will first Erase and then Program the selected array. Erase shadow area will erase reserved data. This algorithm supports only Big Endian byte order. After a successful Program + Verify operation subsequent stand alone operations may fail if the Data Pattern code executes to modify the Code or Data Flash. The default Device Range is set to Code Flash Sector [0x0000-0xFFFFF] which is mapped to Data Pattern byte address [0x000000-0x1FFFFF]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Shadow Sector and Data Flash Sectors needs to be included. The Code Flash Test Address Space are not supported currently.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
