IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 256KByte Flash Memory.The 256KByte Flash Memory is mapped to Buffer address [00000h-3FFFFh].The address ranges of the five sectors are [00000h-0FFFFh] [10000h-1FFFFh][20000h-2FFFFh] [30000h-37FFFh][38000h-39FFFh][3A000h-3BFFFh] and [3C000h-1FFFFh].Sector Protection is a one time only opreation.However a protected device can still be erased and programmed using this algorithm.This device has a Flash Security Controller and it is mapped to Buffer address [00001h].This adress is skipped during Prorgam Verify and Compare oprations.Please use Secure command to enable the Flash Security feature.If this feature is enabled (write 01h to address [00001h]) access to the Flash is restricted.The only way to remove the security is chip erase.
