IMPORTANT: 8-bit Proprietary Microcontrollers F2MC-8FX MB95200H/210H Series 1. Program memory is mapped to C000h – FFFFh. 2. Program operation will save the values of location FFBCh and FFBDh perform chip erase then program the flash location C000h – FFFFh. Values of location FFBCh and FFBDh are not guaranteed if any interruption occurs during the Program operation. 3. For location FFBCh: During program – bit4-bit0 will be programmed to saved values. During verify – bit4-bit0 will be verified against saved values. bit7-bit5 will be verified against data pattern values. 4. For location FFBDh: During program – the entire byte will be programmed to saved value. During verify – only bit4-bit0 will be verified against saved values. bit7-bit5 will be ignored. 5. Writing protection code 01h to the Security Byte (FFFCh) restricts access to the flash memory disabling any read/write access to the flash memory from any external pin. Once the protection of the flash memory is enabled the function cannot be unlocked until the chip erase command is executed. Security Byte can only be FFh or 01h. Otherwise Program operation will fail. 6. Since location FFBCh and FFBDh values must be preserved chip erase is not supported in this algorithm once device is secured. 7. Read operation will read 0000h to FFFFh. 8. Compare operation will ignore 0000h – BFFFh and FFBCh – FFBDh.
