If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with (1024+64)KB Flash Memory. The device is support as 16 bit word wide addresses The 1MB Flash Memory is mapped to addresses (byte) [1000000h-10FFFFFh] in the Data Pattern. The 64KB Flash Memory is mapped to addresses (byte) [17F0000h-17FFFFFh] in the Data Pattern. Selecting ERASE operation will erase the whole TCFLASH (1MB+64KB). The default range is set to [1000000h-17FFFFFh] Locations from [17F0000h-17F0077h] are for SDR features (Secure Description Record). This algorithm currently does not support programming these locations with data that may secure the device and hence this could result in VERIFY failure. ERASE operation can recover the device back to its virgin state
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
