IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional Hi-ROM sector. This sector is mapped from 200000h to207FFFh (buffer locations: 400000h – 40FFFFh). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from Programand Verify ranges as this data could have an unique number. The configuration option for thefactory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the stateof the chip during Verify or Compare it will cause an error. If this part has not been lockedby the factory user can treat this sector as an additional memory sector with OTP sector protection.Once Hi-ROM is protected it cannot be unprotected no further Erase or Program can be performed in that sector.
