IMPORTANT: 4-Bit Microcontroller with 16-KWord PROM.This device takes 5 bits into the lower address and 5 bits into the higher addressa total of 10 bits. The remaining 3 bits in each address are filled with 1’s.The programming address space is 32-KByte.
