IMPORTANT: Electrically Erasable PROM Module. The module is programmed in a 65536×16 configuration. Devices 0 and 1are programmed with data in locations 0-65535 (0-FFFFh) of data buffer. Devices 2 and 3 are programmed with data fromlocations 65536-131071 (10000-1FFFFh) of data buffer.The extra USER ID area for each device is available in locations 131072-131327 (20000-200FFh). Devices 0 and 1 are programmed with data in locations 131072-131199 (20000-2007Fh) of data buffer. Devices 2 and 3 are programmed with data in locations 131200-131327 (20080-200FFh) of data buffer.The Device/Erase command will set locations 0-131071 (0-1FFFFh) to FFh. It does NOT affect the extra USER ID area however.This area must be PROGRAMMED to FFh in order to be cleared.
