Note
IMPORTANT: This is a NAND-type Flash Memory with a minimum of 999 blocks. Each block contains 256 pages which are divided into a 8192 byte main page and a 448 byte spare area. This algorithm is mapped with each page considered an contiguous 8640 byte page. Bad Blocks are indicated at byte 8192 of the first page or last page of a block. Bit Error Rate Tolerance is set to ‘2’ by default. It can be modified under Device > NAND Options.
