Note
IMPORTANT: Setting the Master Lock Bit is a permanent operation.There is a special socket module for this device. It is possible touse existing TSOP and SSOP socket modules but Intel stronglyrecommends the (A)SM56SSB or the (FX)(A)SM56SSB1 for the SSOP package and the ASM56TA for the TSOP package. These socket modules contain bypass capacitors on VCC.
