IMPORTANT: This algorithm has a speical Erase+Program+Verify(EPV) cycle.The Program’ operation will do EPV 5 times.Failure of any operation will result in a Program failure.’Verify after programming’ operation is redundant for this Algorithm and can be unchecked.This algorithm does not support the Enhanced Security features for the device.Please choose the standard device selection if these features are desired.This device contains 128 bit Protection Register.The ‘Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ commands will ignore these bits.The programmer will blank-check these bits during Erase and will fail if these are not blank. ‘
