If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Serial SPI Flash Memory.Device contains two 8-byte thirty 16-Byte and one 10-Byte individually lockable OTP Protection Registers PR0 through PR32 located at address range[200000h-2001F9h] in the buffer. Example: PR0[0x102-0x109] is located at [200000h-200007h]The first 8-byte register PR0 is permanently programmed by Intel with a unique number for each flash device. PR1 through PR32 are one-time programmable (OTP) and available for user to program. If one or more OTP registers are programmed the range must be set to exclude the registers orthe ERASE command will fail.Once programmed the user-programmable register can be locked to prevent further programming usingDevice Configure menu. Once the protection register is locked the entire user segment is lockedand no more user bits may be programmed. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-1FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if OTP protection register needs to be included. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
