IMPORTANT: Xscale(tm)-based processor with 256 Megabits of Intel StrataFlash memory in a 16-bit configuration.Default buffer value’ must be set to FFh before loading the programming data pattern.Device contains two Intel StrataFlash Memory inside. Each flash device contains 17 128-bitProtection Registers. PR0 through PR16 of flash0 is located at address range[2000000h-200010Fh] in the buffer. PR0 through PR16 of flash1 located at address range[2000110h-200021Fh] in the buffer. PR0[63:0] are permanently programmed by Intel with aunique number for each flash device. PR0[127:64] and PR1 through PR16 are one-time programmable (OTP)and available for user to program.If any OTP register is programmed the range must be set to exclude the registers orErase/Program will fail. Once programmed the user-programmable register can be locked to prevent further programming usingDevice/Configure menu. Once the protection register is locked the entire user segment is lockedand no more user bits may be programmed.’Verify after programming’ operation is redundant per Intel and can be set to ‘NONE’ under Device/Optionsfor faster programming time. ‘
