IMPORTANT: 128M-BIT SERIAL Flash MEMORY. The device has 256 equal sectors with 64K byte each. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-FFFFFFh]. Software write protection can be enabled with configuration bits BP3:BP0. Refer to Table 6.3 for BP bit settings.
