IMPORTANT: Algorithm is written using Manufacturer data sheet Rev 0.03.For the protection bits BP0-BP3 under Device Configure ‘1’ is Unprotected and ‘0’ is Protected.This algorithm supports Parallel Mode.Only parts with datecode B0625 and after are qualified for Parallel Mode.128M-BIT CMOS SERIAL eLiteFlash MEMORY.The device has 256 equal sectors with 64K byte each.There is a 256Kbit sector independent from main memorymapped to 1000000h-1007FFFh in the Buffer.
