IMPORTANT: 512M-BIT CMOS MXSMIO SERIAL FLASH MEMORY. This algorithm utilizes single I/O Mode. The device has 1024 equal blocks with 64K bytes each. There is an additional 4K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory mapped to 4000000h-40001FFh in the Data Pattern. The default Device Range is set to [0000000h-3FFFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if 4K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included. Password mode is not supported. ‘
