Each sector of device range 0E0000h-15FFFFh can be read locked by setting under Device > Configure. Once read locked no further operation can be performed on that sector. There is an additional 4K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory mapped to 800000h-8001FFh in the Data Pattern. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-7FFFFFh].
