There is an additional 8K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory mapped to [400000h-4003FFh] in the Data Pattern. This sector is composed of two 4K-bit rows. The first row which is mapped to 400000h-4001FFh is user-lockable via Device Config. The second row which is mapped to 400200h-4003FFh can be programmed and locked by the factory.
