IMPORTANT: 64M-BIT CMOS SERIAL FLASH MEMORY. The device has 128 equal sectors with 64K-bytes each. There is an additional 8K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory mapped to [800000h-8003FFh] in the Data Pattern. This sector is composed of two 4K-bit rows. The first row which is mapped to [800000h-8001FFh] is user-lockable via Device Config. The second row which is mapped to [800200h-8003FFh] can be programmed and locked by the factory. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-7FFFFFh]. Please select Entire Device’ in Device Config if the 8K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included. ‘
