IMPORTANT: 128M-BIT CMOS SERIAL Flash MEMORY. This algorithm utilizes 4 x I/O Mode. The device has 128 equal sectors with 64K byte each. There is an additional 4K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory mapped to 1000000h-10001FFh in the Data Pattern. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-FFFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if 4K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included. ‘
