IMPORTANT: 256M-BIT CMOS SERIAL eLiteFlash MEMORY. This algorithm utilizes single I/O Mode. The device has 512 equal sectors with 64K byte each. There is an additional 4K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory mapped to 2000000h-20001FFh in the Data Pattern. The default Device Range is set to [0000000h-1FFFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if 4K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included. ‘
