The OTP sector is composed of two 4K-bit rows. The first row which is mapped to [100000h-1001FFh] is user-lockable via Device Config. The second row which is mapped to [100200h-1003FFh] can be programmed and locked by the factory. Please select ‘Entire Device’ in Device Config if the 8K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included.
