IMPORTANT: 128 Mbit Flash Memory.The device includes a 128-bit Protection Register that is mapped to buffer locations 1000000h – 100000Fh.The lower 64 bits are programmed and locked at the factory. The upper 64 bits (1000008h – 100000Fh) are one time programmable (OTP) by the user. Protection Register lockout feature is not supported.The device will fail Erase if the Protection Register has already been programmed.If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the Protection Register will not be programmed or verified. ‘
