IMPORTANT: 512M-bit CMOS SERIAL Flash MEMORY. This algorithm utilizes Serial Mode for Read/Verify and Program. The device has 1024 equal sectors with 64K byte each.The device has 2 flash memory. Flash memory 1 is mapped to 0000000h-1FFFFFFh in the data pattern. Flash memory 2 is mapped to 2000000h-3FFFFFFh in the data pattern. There is an additional 4K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory for die 1 and die 2 mapped to 4000000h-40001FFh and 4000200h-40003FFh in the Buffer.Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if 4K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included.The algorithm has been updated to use FVE4ASMR16SDA for improve yield.Advanced Sector Protection is currently not supported. ‘
