IMPORTANT: 64M-bit SERIAL NOR Flash MEMORY. This algorithm utilizes Serial Mode for Read/Verify and Program. The device has 128 equal sectors with 64K byte each. There is an additional 4K-bit secured OTP sector independent from main memory. The default Device Range is set to [00000000h-007FFFFFh].OTP areas -> [0800000-08001FF] Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if 4K-bit secured OTP sector needs to be included.QE bit is permanently set to 1 and cannot be modified. ‘
