Note
IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits are mapped from 400000h to 400007h in the buffer. These bits are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. The Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ commands will ignore the factory-programmed area. Thelast 64 bits of the Protection Register are mapped from 400008h to 40000Fh in the buffer and areone-time-user-programmable. When Erasing this range the programmer will blank-check these bitsand will fail the Erase command if the area is not blank. Locking the User Register portion ofthe Protection Register is a one time only operation. If Autorange is enabled the 128-bit ProtectionRegister will be excluded. The default Device Range is set to 000000h-1FFFFFh (buffer locations 000000-3FFFFF). Please select ‘Entire File’ under Device Range if Protection Registers need to be included. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
