IMPORTANT: Device Information:

Device Type: Microcontroller with User Flash Code Memory (4Kx24-bit)
Algorithm Programming Method: Enhanced ICSP

Memory Organization:

Section

Attributes(*)

Included in default Range (Y/N) DUT Physical Byte Address (hex)(if this area is selected/Activated) BPWin Buffer Byte Address (hex)
Code Memory R/W/E Yes N/A 0 – 3FFFh

* R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation. Special Device Considerations: The Code Memory is a 24-bit value on a 32-bit boundary.

This algorithm assumes Little Endian format for programming data. The Configuration bytes and User Unit ID bytes may be set from Device Configure.

All unimplemented bit locations must be set to zeros.

Please use help notes in Device->Configure for more information or see Microchip specifications.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
