IMPORTANT: Please perform Program’ operation first if the Programming Executive’s prensence is unknown. Microcontroller with User Flash Code Memory (22Kx24-bit)The Code Memory is a 24 bit memory addressed from [0h-157FFh] in the Data Pattern.The Code Memory is a 24-bit value on a 32-bit boundary.This algorithm assumes Little Endian format for programming data.Please use Device->Byte Order to set ‘Little Endian’ for this device.The Configuration bytes are located at Buffer addresses [1F00000h-1F00023h].ERASE will erase the entire memory including executive memory.Configuration bytes and User Unit ID are an 8-bit value on a 32-bit boundary.The Configuration bytes and User Unit ID bytes may be set from Device Configure or from the abovementioned addresses in the Data Pattern. All unimplemented bit locationsmust be set to zeros.
