IMPORTANT: Code Revision 1.1 has removed SM16S as a valid socket module due to mechanical issues.The User EPROM Memory is located at Buffer address [00h-8Bh].Only the lower 8 bits of each word is used the rest is not usedand masked with 34h. The bits 0-2 of Configuration word is set inDevice Configure and mapped to bits 0-2 in Buffer address 400Eh.The Sum command generates the checksum calculation as specified by Microchip.
