IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the Data Pattern at 0x0800 – 0x0807. The Configuration word is located at Data Pattern address 0x1FFE. Some devices may contain LP XT HS or RC suffixes in the device marking. This indicates that the part is manufactured/tested with preset Oscillator settings. In this case make sure the Configuration word is set to match the Oscillator type.
