Note

IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 4000h-4007h. It is recommended by Microchipthat the user use only the four Least Significant Bits of each ID location. The Configuration word is located at buffer address 400Eh. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file.Any reserved or Code Protect bit locations are treated as don’t-cares in the buffer.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
