IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 0x4000 – 0x4007.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 0x400E. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file.Some sections on this part can be code protected as shown under DEVICE/CONFIGURATIONmenu. SECURE under DEVICE/OPTIONS will secure the entire device when enabled.Parts are verified at High and Low voltages depending on Oscillator settings per Microchip specs.
