If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Erasing the device will erase Program Memory along with the Configuration and ID bits but not Calibration words! The Calibration words are skipped during all device operations. The ID locations are addressed in the Data Pattern at [10000h-10007h]. It is recommended by manufacturer that the user use only the seven Least Significant Bits of each ID locations and the remaining bits are masked to 1s during programming. Configuration words are located at Data Pattern addresses [1000Eh(LSB)-1000Fh(MSB)] and [10010h(LSB)-10011(MSB)]. IDs and Configuration may be set under Device > Configure or from the above mentioned addresses in Data Pattern. Program Memory (14-bits wide) is addressed in the Data Pattern at [000h-FFFh]. EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in the Data Pattern at [1E000h-1E1FFh]. EEPROM is only 8-bits wide.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
