Note

IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the Data Pattern at [4000h-4007h].It is recommended by Microchip that theuser use only the seven Least Significant Bits of each ID location. The Configuration word is located at Data Pattern address 400Eh. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the Device Configure menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file.User Program memory is addressed in the Data Pattern at [0000h-1FFFh].EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in the Data Pattern at [4200h-43FFh].Chip erase will erase all the memory and configure word. The Device Sum command is to generate the checksum calculation asspecified by Microchip.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
