IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 4000h-4007h.Microchip recommends to use only the 7 LSBs for these ID locations of which the last 4 bits are ID.The algorithm will Program and Verify only these 7 LSBs.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 400Eh. Both the IDs andConfiguration word may be set from the Device->Configure menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file. Any reserved or Code Protect bit locationsare treated as don’t-cares in the buffer. If Code Protection isdesired use Secure.Reserved bits are set in the programming algorithm and cannot be changed.
