IMPORTANT: The ID locations are addressed in the buffer at 4000h – 4007h. It is recommended bymanufacturer to use the only low order 4 bits of the User ID.The Configuration word is located at buffer address 400Eh. Both the ID andConfiguration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file.FLASH(Program memory) is addressed in the buffer at 000h-7FFh.EEPROM (Data Memory) is addressed in the buffer at 4200h-42FFh.FLASH(Program memory) and EEPROM(Data Memory) can be protected by setting Secure options.’Flash’ means to protect FLASH(Program memory) only. ‘F1’ means to protect 200h-3FFh.Selecting ‘EEPROM+FLASH’ will protect everything.If the Brown-out Reset is ENABLED during programmingthe Power-up Timer is automatically ENABLED per device specifications.
