Note
IMPORTANT: The 16Kbytes of Code Memory(flash area) are addressed from [0h-3FFFh].The ID locations(8 bytes) are addressed in the buffer at [200000h-200007h].The Configuration bytes are located at buffer addresses [300001h-30000Dh].The 256 bytes of Data Memory(eeprom area) are addressed from [F00000h-F000FFh].The Configuration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file. All reserved bit locationsmust be set to zeros. Please use help notes under Device Configure to viewmore information about bit identities and reserved bit locations or see Microchip specs. If Code Protection is desired assign desired values to Config5L(300008h) and Config5H(300009h)and then use ‘Secure After Programming’ to enable the programming of these two configuration locations. The Sum command generates the checksum calculation as specified by Microchip.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
