Note
IMPORTANT: This device is a Flash Memory with 128-bit protection register. The register ismapped from 800000h to 800007h (buffer locations: 1000000h – 100000Fh). The first64 bits are programmed with a unique identifier at the factory and will be readat buffer locations 1000000h-1000007h. Verify and Compare operations will skipthese locations. The next 64 bits are one time user programmable and mapped at bufferlocations 1000008h-100000Fh. The user programmable area protection lock can be PERMANENTLYenabled under Device/Configure. If the user programmable segment of the protectionregister is not blank or locked device will fail erase.If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the bits in the protection register will not be programmed or verified. ‘
