IMPORTANT: Q-Flash Memory with 128 bit Protection Register.The 128 bits of the Protection Register are mapped to buffer locations 400000h-40000Fh.The first 64 bits are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. EraseProgram Verify and Compare operations will ignore these bits. The User Register which isthe other 64 bits of the Protection Register can be modified. The User Register portion ofthe Protection Register is OTP programmable and has a one time only locking operation. WhenErasing the User Register the programmer will blank-check the sector and will fail the Eraseoperation if the area is not blank. The Erase operation will also fail if the User Registerhas been SECURED.If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP sector will not be programmed or verified. ‘
