IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with 128-bit Chip Protection Register.The first 64 bits are programmed with a unique identifier at the factory andare mapped to buffer locations 400000h-400007h. Verify and Compare operation will skipthese locations. The second 64 bits are a one time only User Programmable area mapped tobuffer locations 400008h-40000Fh. The User Programmable area protection can be PERMANENTLYenabled under Device/Configure. If the User Programmable area of the ProtectionRegister is not blank or is locked the device will fail erase.
