IMPORTANT: OTP Microcontroller.Buffer locations 0000h-FFFFh map to device locations 0000h-FFFFh.The EPROM resides within buffer locations A000h-FFFFh.Locations A000h-A07Fh and FFFEh-FFFFh are reserved per spec. Theselocations will not be programmed verified or blank checked.It is recommended that these locations in the buffer be filledwith FFh.
