IMPORTANT: 1) This algorithm READs/PROGs/Erases Program Data (Main Blocks 0/1: Address 0000-3FFFFh) Data Memory (Main Block 2: Address E0000-E1FFF) and the FPW (not mapped in buffer). Address 40000h to DFFFFh is reserved and should always be FFh. 2) The FPW includes the ISPE BOOTAREA EMPTY and Security bits. 3) The ISPEBOOTAREAand EMPTY bits are displayed for editing in DEVICE/CONFIGURATION. Default is No BOOTAREA; Not EMPTY; No ISPE.4) The Secure bits are controlled in DEVICE/OPTIONS.5) Data Byte Order is LSB=0 MSB=1′ with a default of FFh at all locations. An erased device reads all FFh. A secured device reads all 00.6) CAUTION: Securing a device is permanent!! Secured devices can not be read or erased. ‘
